Naomi TennisSeptember 29, 2026Marion is very patient, which comes across during the phone conversation. Taking the time to ask if there are questions, providing previously discussed information, and explaining next steps. The ability to be empathetic goes a long way for a client having to reach out in these situations. There is a wealth of knowledge and understanding in his job/career which was able to provide a level of assistance that helped calm an already rough tax situation for me. I greatly appreciate the level of professionalism without the feeling of judgment. I would definitely encourage anyone looking for assistance to consider Clear Start Tax Inc. The information and call cost nothing and the benefits are clearly explained before any decision was made. Thank you for your assistance!Posted on Google

She made me feel like a person and not just another paying customer. She seemed genuinely concerned with my story and helping me get a resolution that worked best for both me and my family. She was very informative and made sure that I understood everything very clearly before moving on to anything else. If I could deal with a person like her every time I needed customer assistance I would be incredibly happy. Very grateful for her and her helping me get my situation on the path to resolution.
